At Digi Design Lab, we are committed to delivering professional digital solutions while maintaining transparency and fairness in all transactions. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services Are Final Upon Completion
All services, including website design, development, plugin setup, hosting configuration, and other digital solutions, are considered final once delivered. A project is deemed complete when the agreed services have been provided and approved by the client. Refunds will not be issued after completion.
2. Proof of Work
We maintain records and documentation for all work performed. If services are delivered according to the agreed scope, refunds will not be issued.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials, content, and approvals promptly. Delays caused by the client may extend timelines but do not entitle the client to a refund.
4. Revisions and Extra Work
Minor revisions within the agreed project scope may be accommodated. Any additional work outside the original agreement may incur extra charges. Refunds will not be provided for post-delivery changes.
5. Third-Party Services (Hosting, Domains, Plugins)
Payments for hosting, domains, plugins, or other third-party services are non-refundable once purchased or configured due to third-party fees.
- Hosting refunds are not available if the client changes their mind or closes their business.
6. Hosting Refunds Policy
- If a hosting refund is granted, it will be processed 1 year after the refund request date.
- This applies only in rare cases and at the discretion of Digi Design Lab.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.
- Refunds are not available if a business closes or operations stop.
- Refunds cannot be requested for delays or dissatisfaction after project delivery.
- Refunds are not applicable for third-party service fees, including domains, hosting, and plugins.
8. Policy Acceptance
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. All completed services are final and non-refundable.
